AI Visibility Framework™ Certification License

The Certification License is the institutional tier of the AI Visibility Framework™ Licensing Program. It is the appropriate license for organizations operating their own certification programs, training curricula, academic applications, or commercial platforms built on the methodology, and for organizations serving an unlimited number of Client engagements. Internal Use ($18,000) and Agency ($72,000) tiers are available at standard rates from the canonical /licensing page; this Founders Club rate is exclusive to the Certification tier. Before execution, Ali Morgan personally confirms scope fit with each prospective licensee — this is not a self-service tier.

The Certification License Agreement v1.1 is a 37-page institutional document covering license grant, scope, restrictions, attribution requirements, trademark licensing, H.U.N.I.E. integration, indemnification, insurance, termination, and four schedules including the Certification Mark Style Guide. Counsel review is expected. The Agreement is delivered as a watermarked PDF for the licensee organization with the legal name, license serial, and Effective Date populated. Material terms are not negotiable; organizations seeking custom arrangements (white-label, layered MSA, jurisdictional variation) enter a separate written arrangement under §4.14 of the Agreement at materially higher fees, separate from the Founders Club rate.

Execution is by click-to-accept under §14 of the License Agreement, with payment processed via institutional invoice and ACH. The Certification Founders Club rate is $96,000 for the 12-month Initial Term, with multi-year options at $225,600 (2-year) and $340,800 (3-year), all locked at the Founders Club rate for the full Initial Term selected. Standard rate at renewal is $144,000 per year. Founders Club status is recorded on the license for the life of the licensee organization in the Public Registry.

Within five business days of executed payment, the licensee receives the watermarked License Agreement, the Licensed Materials package (50-point AVFT diagnostic rubric, schema architecture templates, six-stage implementation guide, retrieval operations methodology, audit report structure, curriculum development guidelines, Certification Operations Standards, and the Certification Mark Style Guide and brand assets), the Architect's Guarantee SLA, and the H.U.N.I.E. governance suite (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy, Authorized Sub-processors). Total: ten governance-grade documents, 153 pages.

Within an additional one to three business days, the technical contact identified at execution receives H.U.N.I.E. credentials in a separate email: a Standard API key (250,000 requests per calendar month, organization-bound, Bearer-token authentication) and an Intelligence Layer key (50,000 routed requests per calendar month, operated under JONOMOR LLC's NVIDIA Inception program membership). Endpoints, integration documentation, namespace conventions, and operational guidance are included. For Founders Club licensees, Ali offers a one-time 30-minute integration call within the first 14 days of credential issuance — a courtesy that does not change the contractual support model.
