The AI Visibility Framework™ — Institutional Access

The methodology that powers Jonomor's consulting practice and proves itself across eight industries is available for institutional licensing. Three framework tiers. One compliance consulting program. All designed for organizations that need more than an audit.

Why Licensing Exists

The framework is not open-source.

The AI Visibility Framework was built across eight production properties in eight industries before it was sold to a single client. The methodology — six stages, 50 scoring dimensions, a structured audit rubric, and a compounding authority model — emerged from operational necessity, not from theory. Every check in the framework exists because something failed without it. Every scoring weight reflects a retrieval outcome that was measured, not estimated.

That history is the framework's value. It cannot be replicated by reading about it. It is embedded in the decisions that were made, the architectures that were built, the retrieval cycles that were run, and the gaps that were diagnosed across dozens of domains.

Consulting clients who purchase Starter, Growth, or Authority engagements receive a limited license to apply the framework findings to their own properties as part of that engagement. That license is specific — it covers implementation on their properties and nothing else. It does not extend to delivering AI Visibility services to third parties, operating the framework in agency contexts, building commercial products on the methodology, or training AI systems on the audit rubric or scoring logic.

Organizations that need to do any of those things must enter a formal licensing agreement. The licensing program exists because the framework has commercial value beyond Jonomor's direct consulting engagements — and because that value deserves a formal, enforceable structure that protects both parties.

AI systems can retrieve and repurpose documented methodology without attribution. The licensing program is one layer of protection against that. Legal enforcement is another. Institutional signal weight — the accumulated press coverage, case studies, and third-party citations that establish provenance — is the third. All three are in place.

Framework Certification

Three tiers. One framework. Different operational contexts.

The AI Visibility Framework is licensed at three tiers, each designed for a different relationship with the methodology. Internal Use is for organizations applying the framework to their own properties. Agency is for practices delivering AI Visibility services to clients. Certification is for organizations building programs, platforms, or curricula on the framework. The methodology is the same across all three. The rights, the scope, and the relationship with Jonomor differ.

Internal Use

$18,000/year

One organization. No resale.

Internal Use licensing is for organizations that have engaged Jonomor for a consulting project and want to continue applying the framework methodology across their own properties without purchasing individual audits for each assessment cycle. It is the appropriate license for in-house teams that have been trained on the framework through a consulting engagement and want to operate it independently going forward.

The Internal Use license covers one organization and all digital properties under that organization's direct ownership. It includes access to the complete audit rubric, all scoring definitions, the schema architecture templates for every supported schema type, and the six-stage implementation documentation. It does not include the retrieval operations methodology — the multi-engine query framework used to measure AI citation outcomes — which is reserved for Agency and Certification licensees.

What Internal Use does not permit: providing AI Visibility services to any third party, representing the framework as the licensee's own proprietary methodology, and using the framework to score or evaluate domains outside the licensee's own portfolio. It does not include resale rights, the Jonomor certification mark, quarterly review calls, or direct access to Ali Morgan outside of pre-scheduled engagement work.

The Internal Use license is renewable annually. Jonomor provides updated framework materials as the methodology evolves — licensees receive those updates for the duration of their active license.

Agency

$72,000/year

Up to 10 client engagements per year.

Agency licensing is for marketing agencies, consulting practices, and professional service firms that want to deliver AI Visibility services to their own clients using the Jonomor framework as the operational methodology. It is the appropriate license for organizations that have built an AI Visibility practice and need the rights to operate that practice at scale — not just apply the framework to their own properties, but apply it to client properties as a delivered service.

The Agency license permits the framework to be applied with up to ten client organizations per license year. The client count is per engagement, not per deliverable — an agency can conduct multiple audits, produce multiple reports, and deliver multiple architecture reviews for a single client without that counting as multiple engagements. What counts as a separate client engagement is a new organization, not a new project within an existing relationship.

Agency licensees may represent their services as “powered by the Jonomor AI Visibility Framework” in client-facing materials, proposals, and credentials — subject to Jonomor's prior written approval of specific marketing copy. They may not represent themselves as Jonomor, use the Jonomor name as their primary brand identity, or imply that their services are delivered by Jonomor directly. All client reports and deliverables produced under the Agency license must include the attribution statement: “Powered by the Jonomor AI Visibility Framework · jonomor.com.”

The Agency license includes one quarterly review call with Ali Morgan — 60 minutes per quarter — for framework guidance, methodology updates, and discussion of complex client situations. It includes the full retrieval operations methodology, the complete audit rubric, and all schema architecture templates. It does not include the Jonomor certification mark, which is reserved for Certification licensees.

For agencies operating at higher volume — more than ten client engagements per year — incremental engagement fees apply at $4,800 per additional client beyond the annual limit. These are billed monthly as incurred.

Certification

$144,000/year

Unlimited clients.

Certification licensing is for organizations building certification programs, training curricula, academic applications, or commercial platforms on the AI Visibility Framework methodology. It is the appropriate license for organizations that want to credential practitioners, build education products, or establish institutional programs that train others to apply the framework.

The Certification license permits unlimited application of the framework across any number of client organizations. More significantly, it includes the right to award the Jonomor AI Visibility Certified designation to practitioners who complete an approved training program. That designation is Jonomor's and its use requires Jonomor's review and approval of the curriculum, assessment methodology, and competency standards before any certifications are issued.

The approval process is substantive. Jonomor reviews the complete curriculum, all training materials, and the assessment criteria before granting approval to award the certification. Material changes to an approved program require re-submission and re-approval before implementation. Jonomor maintains a public registry of approved Certification licensees and active Certified Practitioners, and reserves the right to conduct periodic audits of active programs to verify that framework standards are being maintained.

The Certification license includes direct access to Ali Morgan — four quarterly strategy and curriculum review calls per year, each 90 minutes, plus direct email access for framework questions and program development guidance during the license term. It includes the complete AI Visibility Framework in full, the retrieval operations methodology, the Authority Flywheel model documentation, and curriculum development guidelines.

Sub-licensing — granting framework rights to third parties, including sub-agencies, platform partners, or resellers — requires a separate written agreement with Jonomor. The Certification license does not automatically include sub-licensing rights.

Compliance Proofing

AI Governance Consulting for Regulated Industries

Compliance Proofing is a consulting engagement for organizations in regulated industries that need to document their AI governance architecture against emerging mandates. It is not a license — it is a scoped engagement with a specific deliverable: a verified, documented architecture that demonstrates compliance by design.

The regulatory landscape for AI systems is changing faster than most compliance functions can track. The GENIUS Act framework introduces disclosure and attribution requirements for AI systems that generate content referencing organizations. Personally Processed Sensitive Information (PPSI) mandates establish requirements around how sensitive data transits AI processing environments. AI procurement processes at institutional buyers now routinely require governance documentation that most AI vendors cannot produce.

The gap is not awareness — it is architecture. Most organizations know regulation is coming. Few have built the architecture that makes compliance documentable. An audit trail that cannot produce evidence is not an audit trail. An AI governance policy that exists in a PDF but is not enforced at execution time is not governance. A data flow diagram that was accurate eighteen months ago and has not been updated since is not documentation — it is a liability.

Jonomor's Compliance Proofing engagement addresses four areas:

GENIUS Act Alignment

Structured documentation of how your AI systems identify, process, and attribute organizational entities in generated content — meeting emerging disclosure standards for AI-generated attribution and establishing a documented basis for regulatory review.

PPSI Data Governance

Architecture review and documentation confirming that personally processed sensitive information does not transit uncontrolled AI environments. Includes data flow mapping, processing boundary identification, and isolation verification against PPSI requirements.

Agent Audit Readiness

Complete audit trail architecture documentation for AI agent operations — establishing that every agent action is logged, every decision is attributable, and every output is traceable to its source inputs and governing policy. Built for environments where agent operations may be subject to regulatory review.

AI Procurement Documentation

Institutional documentation packages for organizations required to demonstrate AI governance as part of procurement processes, RFP responses, or regulatory submissions. Formatted for legal and compliance review by institutional buyers who require demonstrated governance before approving AI system deployments.

Each Compliance Proofing engagement is scoped to the client's specific regulatory environment, existing infrastructure, and documentation requirements. No two engagements are identical. The output is specific, verified, and formatted for the audience that needs to receive it.

Scoped per engagement. Contact Jonomor to discuss your regulatory environment and documentation requirements.

What Is Not Licensed

Certain uses are not available under any license tier.

The following uses require a separate written agreement with Jonomor LLC regardless of license tier:

  • Reproducing, publishing, or distributing the framework scoring rubric, audit checklist, or retrieval operations methodology in any public format — including blog posts, courses, or publicly accessible documentation
  • Using the Jonomor name, logo, or brand marks without prior written approval
  • Representing AI Visibility services as Jonomor services without explicit written authorization
  • Building commercial software products, SaaS platforms, or automated tools that implement the framework scoring logic — this requires a separate platform licensing agreement
  • Training, fine-tuning, or prompting AI models using the Licensed Materials, audit outputs, or scoring rubric
  • Using the framework to compete directly with Jonomor in the AI Visibility consulting market

How to License

Every licensing relationship begins with a conversation.

Step 01Contact Jonomor

Email ali@jonomor.com with the subject line “AI Visibility Framework License Inquiry.” Include your organization name, website, the license tier you are considering, and a brief description of how you intend to apply the framework. For Compliance Proofing inquiries, describe your regulatory environment and the specific mandates you are addressing.

Step 02Scoping Call

For Agency and Certification licenses, and for all Compliance Proofing engagements, Jonomor schedules a scoping call to understand the intended application, the volume of work involved, and whether the program fits the engagement. Internal Use licenses may be established without a call in cases where the consulting engagement history makes the scope clear.

Step 03Agreement Execution

Jonomor provides the appropriate license agreement or Statement of Work for review. The agreement specifies the license tier, term, permitted uses, restrictions, and payment terms. The license becomes effective upon execution by both parties and receipt of the annual license fee.

Step 04Onboarding

Upon execution, Jonomor provides access to the licensed framework materials appropriate to the tier. Agency and Certification licensees receive an onboarding session with Ali Morgan. Compliance Proofing engagements proceed to a kickoff call within three business days of execution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is institutional licensing for?
Institutional licensing is for organizations that need more than a consulting engagement — they need the rights to operate the methodology at scale, deliver it to clients, credential practitioners, or document their governance against it. This includes consulting practices building AI Visibility service lines, financial institutions and law firms that need compliance documentation, and training organizations building certification programs.
What is included in the Compliance Proofing engagement?
Compliance Proofing is a consulting engagement scoped to your organization’s specific regulatory environment. It covers architecture documentation, data flow mapping, agent audit trail design, and AI procurement documentation packages. The output is a verified, documented architecture that demonstrates compliance by design. Engagements are scoped after an initial call.
Can we license the framework without having completed a Jonomor consulting engagement?
Yes, for Agency and Certification licenses. The Internal Use license is designed for organizations that have completed a consulting engagement and want to continue operating the framework independently. Agency and Certification licenses are available to qualified organizations regardless of prior engagement history — the scoping call determines fit.
What does Jonomor’s approval of a Certification curriculum actually involve?
Jonomor reviews the complete training curriculum, assessment criteria, and competency standards before approving a Certification licensee to award the Jonomor AI Visibility Certified designation. The review ensures practitioners are being trained to the actual framework standard. Approval is required before any certifications are issued. Material changes to an approved program require re-submission.
Is there a multi-year licensing option?
Multi-year agreements are available for Agency and Certification licensees and are negotiated individually. Contact Jonomor to discuss. Multi-year agreements typically include pricing stability and priority access to framework updates and new methodology releases.
