By accessing jonomor.com or any Jonomor ecosystem property, purchasing a service, or using the AI Visibility Scorer or any other tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Jonomor provides AI Visibility consulting, structured data implementation, content strategy, and audit services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual engagement agreements. Jonomor reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.

Starter audit packages are payable at the time of purchase via Stripe. Consulting engagements (Growth and Authority packages) are invoiced per the terms of the engagement agreement. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Chargebacks initiated without prior written communication will result in termination of services.

All content, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and materials produced by Jonomor — including but not limited to the AI Visibility Framework, the Authority Flywheel methodology, audit scoring system, and all published articles — are the intellectual property of Jonomor LLC. Deliverables produced for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Jonomor retains the right to reference completed work as part of its case study portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Jonomor provides services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including search rankings, AI citation frequency, or revenue results. Our liability in any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
