Ali Morgan

Ali Morgan is the founder of Jonomor, an AI Visibility consulting studio based in Brooklyn, NY. He builds the entity architecture, schema, and authority infrastructure that AI retrieval systems require. Across his work he has built systems spanning AI Visibility, XRPL monitoring, property operations, financial research, algorithmic trading, and education technology.

What I Build

I build at the infrastructure layer — the systems, frameworks, and authority signals that operate beneath the surface and determine outcomes. Jonomor is the consulting and research studio where that work lives.

Before Jonomor became an AI Visibility studio, I spent years building across different domains — a clothing line for my sons, algorithmic trading systems, operational platforms, and monitoring infrastructure. Each one was a different problem. The discipline behind all of them was the same: identify where the architecture is broken, build the thing that fixes it, and make it production-grade.

AI Visibility is where that approach now applies most directly. Most businesses have no idea how AI systems retrieve and cite information. The infrastructure gap is real, the window is open, and the methodology to close it exists. That is what Jonomor builds.

In April 2026, Ali built and deployed the Jonomor audit command center — a private AI Visibility audit system that runs eight production systems on every engagement: JS-rendered crawling, three simultaneous AI engine queries across Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini, sandboxed execution, agent governance, LLM observability, persistent memory, governed AI gateway, and cloud storage for delivery. The result is a 15-page diagnostic reviewed personally before every delivery. No other AI Visibility practice has built this infrastructure.
