The Report
The 15-Page AI Visibility Audit Report
Every Starter Audit delivers this. Not a checklist. Not a summary. A scored diagnostic across every dimension of AI Visibility \u2014 reviewed by Ali Morgan before it reaches you.
What's in the Report
Cover
Score ring color-coded by tier (Authority, Viable, At Risk). Five category mini progress bars. Client domain, company name, industry. Score tier label. Audit date.
Executive Summary
Score narrative — a written explanation of what the score means for your organization specifically. Highest priority gap identified in plain language. Live AI engine preview — a sample of what Perplexity said about your organization during the audit.
Entity Stability
Whether your organization has a stable, consistent identity across your site that AI engines can reliably resolve. Scored out of 10 with findings showing what is present, what is missing, and what the gap costs in retrieval confidence.
Category Ownership
Whether your site declares and defends its position in its category across the surfaces AI engines read first — titles, descriptions, hero copy, schema, and FAQ content. Scored out of 10.
Schema Graph
Whether your JSON-LD declarations form a correct, connected, internally consistent graph that AI engines can traverse. Relationship declarations, per-page coverage, and bidirectional verification. Scored out of 10.
Knowledge Index
Whether there is enough structured, crawlable content for AI engines to build an accurate model of your organization. Content depth, article architecture, FAQ coverage, and internal link density. Scored out of 10.
Continuous Signal Surfaces
Whether your entity has confirmed presence across the external domains AI engines trust — LinkedIn, GitHub, Crunchbase, press mentions, directory citations, and social profiles. Scored out of 10.
AI Engine Report
Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini responses displayed side by side. Each engine labeled CITED, PARTIAL, or NOT_CITED based on whether the response accurately names and describes your organization. Full response text from each engine with gap analysis.
Page-by-Page Findings
Every crawled page listed with schema types present, content metrics, and key findings. Pages with gaps are flagged. Together these pages give a complete picture of your site’s structural health across all crawled routes.
Course of Action
Priority-sequenced gaps: P1 (This Week), P2 (This Month), P3 (Ongoing). Each gap includes the category, the finding, and the type of work required. 90-day implementation timeline with color-coded periods: architecture, content, signals.
Ecosystem Intelligence
Your domain, industry, and business goals mapped to specific Jonomor ecosystem products that are genuinely relevant to your situation. Each card shows why it applies to your business specifically — not a generic recommendation.
What Comes Next
Three consulting tiers side by side: Starter (you are here), Growth, Authority. Full deliverable descriptions. Clear escalation path from the audit findings to the appropriate engagement.
AI Presence Access
30-day trial card with coupon code included. Feature overview. Score-specific relevance statement explaining why AI Presence matters given your particular gaps. Redemption instructions.
Expert Answer Platform Guide
Six expert answer platforms with tier badges, domain authority, and strategy for each. This is Layer 3 of the AI Visibility system — earned media from independent editorial sources that AI engines trust.
Directory Citation Network
14 directories across four categories with priority badges, submission sequence, and domain authority. This is Layer 4 — confirming your entity’s existence across independent domains.
How Findings Work
Each check returns a finding. Findings drive the course of action.
Ecosystem Intelligence
The Ecosystem Intelligence page is not a generic upsell. It reads your domain, industry, and business goals from the intake form and maps them to specific Jonomor products that are genuinely relevant to your business.
A legal services firm gets a Guard-Clause card. A crypto startup gets XRNotify. A real estate operator gets MyPropOps. An education company gets Evenfield. A SaaS or AI startup gets H.U.N.I.E. Every client gets AI Presence.
The relevance reason on each card is drawn from the actual audit data \u2014 not from a template. Clients who operate in multiple industries receive multiple relevant product cards, each with a reason tied to their specific domain.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the report the same for every client?
- The structure is consistent. The findings are specific to your site. Every URL, every schema block, every entity name check, every sameAs URL, and every AI engine response is from your audit — not synthesized from general benchmarks. The Ecosystem Intelligence page and the course of action are both specific to your domain, industry, and goals.
- What does NOT_CITED mean on the AI Engine Report?
- It means the AI engine did not reference your organization by name in its response, or referenced it inaccurately. NOT_CITED is not a permanent condition — it reflects the current state of the engine’s knowledge. The course of action includes specific steps to move from NOT_CITED to CITED over a 60 to 90 day period.
- Can I share the report with my team?
- Yes. The report is a PDF. Share it however you need to. The findings and the course of action are yours.
- Is the AI Presence trial automatic?
- The trial requires redemption. The coupon code is included on page 14 of your report. It applies 100% off the first month of AI Presence Starter ($99/month value). Redemption instructions are in the report.
- Does the report tell me how to fix the gaps?
- The course of action tells you what is broken, why it matters, and what category of work resolves it — in priority sequence. Architecture decisions — how exactly to structure your schema, what entities to declare, how to wire relationships — belong to the Growth and Authority engagements. The Starter report is a diagnostic. It gives you complete visibility into your current state and a sequenced path forward.
